Pixar, with no releases set for 2014 at all, is starting to finalize plans for its future slate of animated feature films. There are several in the pipeline, and none is as eagerly awaited as the long-anticipated sequel to the 3D 2003 smash hit "Finding Nemo." The new film will be called "Finding Dory" and is set for release on June 17, 2016.

The "Finding Dory" release occurs on Pixar's 30th Anniversary, and it is certain to be a highly profitable anniversary. Once again, famed TV host, Ellen DeGeneres will voice blue tang, Dory.

Albert Brooks also returns as the voice of Marlin, the famous father of Nemo, who searched for his lost son along with Dory. Marlin accompanies forgetful Dory as she looks for her parents.

Dory's parents will be voiced by Diane Keaton, as Jenny [Dory's mom], and Eugene Levy as Charlie, Dory's dad.

Others in the cast include Willem Dafoe as Gill and Vicki Lewis as Deb and her sister Flo.

More details as they become available.
