This animation by Sarah Mitchell is hard to characterize. It has a comic book style, which kind of makes sense since she says on her page that this is indeed an animation of a comic book. It's nice when things make sense like that.
Not much more to say about it, other than that it is skillfully drawn with flashes of a kind of pop-art flair reminiscent (to me, at least) of some of the classics of the 1960s.
In this episode, the girls confront that evil spectre: Valentine's Day!
I hope nobody is offended when I say (probably incorrectly, who knows, a guy probably did this for all I know) that this has a definite female sensibility that it would be quite difficult for most guys to reproduce. I know, I'm going out on a limb with that, but that is how it comes across to me, though everyone can do everything and nobody has any limitations in today's world yaddayaddayadda.
In any event, nice to be able to create something like this, takes a lot of skill.
It is what it is, watch it if you'd like and draw your own conclusions. I thought it was fun.
