DNA Replication Animation

DNA Replication animatedfilmreviews.filminspector.com

There is an entire field of animation devoted to natural science. This is an example. Some of these videos are quite good. This video is quite good.

Now, clearly, this is not for everyone. However, there are plenty of princesses and dragons and ogres on this site, quite enough to satisfy most people (though trust me, many more are coming!). This post is simply to open the door to a very real and useful application of animation. There are many, many animations on topics such as this, this just happens to be one of the better ones.

You don't have to be a science geek to find this interesting - though, it may be of use if you are, too. Take a few minutes and learn something important about the world in which you live.

This is from Youtube channel CoolScienceVideos, who provides the following description:
DNA replication animation in real time. It's amazing to think that millions of your DNA containing cells are doing this in your body right now. Remember, this is how fast DNA replicates in real time!
It's kind of funny reading the Youtube comments about this video - they range over the entire gamut, from the rhapsodic to the "this completely sucks." I happen to enjoy it and find it informative and interesting, but everyone will react differently, and I'm sure most people didn't come here to see something from Biology class.
