Hiro and Baymax.

"Big Hero 6" from Disney has been on the schedule for a long time, and it is to be released this November 7th in the US (UK 13 Feb. 2015). It is the first collaboration between Disney and Marvel Comics, and the film is based on a late 90's Marvel comic. The film is about a kid and his robot (presumably not like the kid and his robot in "The Iron Giant" or "Terminator 2" or "Transformers: The Movie" or....).

The basic story is that in San Fransokyo, a city that combines elements of San Francisco and Tokyo, 14-year-old teenage nerd Hiro Hamada has a nurse robot named Baymax. Hiro is a bit of a brilliant goof-off, so his older brother Tadashi tries to steer him toward doing something useful. Hiro brings Baymax to life and, not only that, turns the sweet Baymax into a lean, mean fighting machine to solve a problem in the city. Tadashi's nerdy friends Tamago, Wasabit No-Ginger, Honey Lemon and Fred also help out.

That looks like the new Baymax.
The studio hasn't released much information about this 3D movie, and even the voice cast is a secret. In fact, these are the first stills we could find. The trailer looks pretty cool!

The official synopsis:
“Big Hero 6” is a heartfelt comedy adventure about robotics prodigy Hiro Hamada, who learns to harness his genius—thanks to his brilliant brother Tadashi and their like-minded friends: adrenaline junkie Go Go Tamago, clean freak Wasabi No-Ginger, chemistry whiz Honey Lemon and fanboy Fred. When a devastating turn of events catapults them into the midst of a dangerous plot unfolding in the streets of San Fransokyo, Hiro turns to his closest companion—a cutting-edge robot named Baymax—and transforms the group into a band of high-tech heroes determined to solve the mystery.
Don Hall ("Winnie the Pooh") and Chris Williams ("Bolt") direct. Roy Conli ("Tangled") produces.
